Fail until you Succeed

It’s past the half way mark of the year and it’s a great time to reflect on what we have accomplished and to give thanks for what we have done and to the people that have supported us on the way. It’s also a fantastic time to take a serious look at what you want to get out of 2019 before it’s gone forever. You still have another 5 months to accomplish it, so if it’s still on your "to do list" for the year start taking some steps to accomplish it, don’t let another year slip by.

I did a simple list of all the things I have accomplished this year, even if they were not part of my original goals and I was quite surprised to see so many things done, especially since I have not yet achieved the major goals I wanted to for this year and I was feeling down about not reaching my goals. So write down all the things you've already done this year, and it can motivated you to set some smaller goals to work towards your bigger goals. It’s all about taking one step at a time and you still have the time to accomplish them if you start now.

Keep in mind that the most experienced people are the people that have failed the most. Learn from the things that don’t go as planned and keep trying. If you have not reached that goal weight or able to run that half marathon or beat that strava time, take a look at what is the root of the issue, examples, time management, motivation or lack of knowledge in that field and find someone that has accomplished what you want and start mirroring their habits or ask for their help.
