Day 1 - Water

Becoming Healthier, Stronger and Losing 20lbs.

It’s 2019 and many of us have goals to lose weight, become healthier, run a marathon, or complete a triathlon (to only name a few). While we are running around trying to accomplish these goals, I just wanted to mention one important thing that can go a long way to achieving your goals and that is…. Drink lots of water.


Water is very important, when you change your diet for the better your body will start releasing toxins when your fat cells start to decease and when you start excising more intensely your muscles will create lactic acid. Your water intake plays an important role in helping flush your system and help you from feeling the side effects of the toxins.


How much water should you drink?

½ ounce per body pound you weigh. Example: I’m 167lbs/2= 84 ounces, so that is about 10 cups of water a day.


Water also keeps you hydrated and helps with reducing feeling of hunger.

Adding water to your New Year’s Resolutions will help you achieve your goals.
