Day 10 – Change

It has really sunk in for me that if I want to change my exterior of my body, (the fat that is hanging on). I have to change the inside. It’s more than just changing your habits and knowing your “why”. You have probably noticed that I have not gone into any depth on diets or exercise plans, not that they don’t matter, they do, but your mental game has to be there first. Saying that, you have to change the inside of your body before you can make changes to the outside of your body. I can’t stress that enough, you have to become someone different, if you want a different body. You can't be the same old you, or you get the same old results. You have to commit to becoming someone new!
