Day 11 – Your Mind


The mental game of losing weight. You have to become a new person for new results. Take a moment and take a few big deep breaths in and out, now close your eyes and picture yourself at your ideal weight and what you would be doing. That healthier and skinnier version of you was not doing the same things that the “you” now are doing on a daily bases, right? You will become a different person, someone with more energy, maybe someone with a nicer attitude or even a better sex drive.


Yes this does come right back to habits. But you have to realize that people are not just instantly healthy and fit. It’s something they work towards every day and when you do the habit enough times it becomes subconscious and therefor becomes you and ultimately it because the new you with much more ease.

Your mind wholes the key to your success, beware of what your mind is telling you every day. Is it focused on the goal or reminding you of all the other times you have failed, or all the obstacles in the way? One of my favorite saying is “Your past mistakes are meant to guide you not define you”. You have to shift your focus to the present and the future, the past is the past don't let it have control over you.


When you take control of your mind, you take control of your destiny.
