Day 13 – Your Internal Body Functions

Figuring out what goes on inside of us is still not completely figured out. We read all these things about what’s good for us and what’s not, and then a year or two later now it’s changed. Also, research can be false or very biases depending on who is funding the research. And to top it off we are told lies so companies can sell more product even if it’s hurting us. So truly what does one do?


The best way I’ve found is to see how your body feels on certain foods. You can research everything up and down, until you are blue in the face, but all bodies are different and the best way is to figure out what is best for your body may not be the same for someone else. I would recommend going on a very clean diet of just veggies and fruits (yes it’s hard but it’s for you own good). Then after 4 or 5 days introduce on thing, example chicken or brown rice. See how it makes you feel energy wise, skin irritations, break outs, inflammation, brain fog and so on? There is no quick fix, no matter what people say. Some foods that are considered a super food like garlic has always made me feel brain fog the next day. Know your body and respect it.


Don’t forget to use your common sense, unfortunately the information we are given is not always there to help us, trust your body and do a little research on your own about how the body functions in general.
