Day 14 – Your body movements

Our success is ingrained into our body habits. When you get off work what do you do? Do you walk to your vehicle sit down and let a big sigh out and then drive home? Or do you hustle to your vehicle, put a big smile on your face because it’s now your time, which in turn makes you feel good about going to the gym. How we use our body is so important.
So to become someone different you have to physically act like someone different, you have to move like someone different. “Fake it till you make it” Move your body in the ways you want to become. Let say you want to be a happier person, then smile more, even if you are not happy.
If you are already an active person, don’t forget to mix up your routine. Your body will respond better with new stimuli, you will get better results. Again move your body in a different way.
