Day 4 - Discipline = Self Love

When things start to get hard something good to remember is that discipline is self love. Some of us were raised that discipline was bad, you got disciplined when you did something wrong. People with discipline have higher self esteems, and confidence. They know that they can get something done because they have achieved before and know they can do it again.
Saying no to that pizza or chocolate is saying that you respect your body and that you have the discipline to do it. If you want to be more disciplined add one action at a time. When you have mastered one and it has turned into a habit, then move on to another discipline. When discipline becomes a habit, it takes way less willpower, which then frees up your time to start another discipline. Got it 😊
